Delete your Dehaze account

You can request account deletion without reinstalling Dehaze.

In the app

Sign in, open Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm the deletion.

Without the app

Email hello@infinique.org with the subject “Delete my Dehaze account”. Send the request from the email address associated with your Dehaze account, including your Apple private relay address if applicable. We may verify that you own the account before removing data. Never send us a password or payment-card details.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your account, synced quit profile, onboarding responses, streak history, and urge logs from our active account database. In-app deletion also clears the app’s locally stored data on that device. Email requests are handled within 30 days; uninstall Dehaze from other devices to remove any remaining local copies.

Retention and subscriptions

Backups expire according to the retention described in our privacy policy. Purchase records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations may be retained by Apple, Google, or our subscription processor. Contact us to request deletion of associated analytics data as well.

Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play on Android, or Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, to stop future charges.
