Common questions

I lost my streak after reinstalling

Your streak lives on your device first. If you signed in before reinstalling, sign back in with the same Google or Apple account and it will sync down. If you never signed in, there is no copy on our side to restore — sorry. Signing in is the only backup.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On Android, open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dehaze → Cancel subscription. You can also manage it at Google Play subscriptions. Deleting your Dehaze account or uninstalling the app does not cancel store billing.

For iOS subscriptions billed by Apple, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, pick Dehaze, and tap Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests also go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. That removes your synced data from our servers. You can also email hello@infinique.org and we will handle it. See account deletion for the full steps.

Is there an Android version?

Dehaze is available on Google Play. It includes quit tracking, breathing, and a focus timer. Screen Time app blocking is available only on iOS.

If you need more than an app

Dehaze is a tracking and support tool, not treatment. If withdrawal is severe, if you are using cannabis alongside other substances, or if you are managing a mental health condition at the same time, please talk to a clinician. In the US, SAMHSA’s National Helpline is free, confidential, and available 24/7 at 1-800-662-4357. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
