Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dehaze mobile application, this website, and related services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, and old enough to agree to a contract where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Your account

You can use much of Dehaze without an account. If you create one, you may sign in with email or Apple. Keep your login secure and tell us at hello@infinique.org if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used to harm others.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your own non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Not medical advice

Dehaze is a self-directed tracking and support tool. It is not medical care, therapy, a treatment programme, or a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in the app or on this website diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition, and nothing here should be used in place of guidance from a qualified clinician who knows your history.

Cannabis withdrawal affects people differently, and stopping any substance can interact with other conditions and medications. If your symptoms are severe, if you use cannabis alongside other substances, or if you are managing a mental health condition, seek professional care. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. In the US, SAMHSA’s National Helpline is free and confidential at 1-800-662-4357.

You use the Services at your own risk and remain responsible for your own health decisions.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

Results vary. We do not promise that using Dehaze will help you stop using cannabis, keep you from relapsing, produce any particular timeline, or deliver any specific saving. Figures shown in the app — money saved, hours reclaimed — are arithmetic on numbers you entered yourself, and are estimates, not financial advice or verified accounting.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for anything unlawful, or to encourage unlawful activity
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to break the Services or their security
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services
  • Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation with us

Cannabis laws differ by country and by state. Nothing in the Services is legal advice, and you are responsible for complying with the law where you are.

7. Your content

What you log in Dehaze is yours. By submitting content — feedback, notes, urge logs — you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the Services for you. We do not publish your content, sell it, or use it in marketing. See the privacy policy for what we hold and how to delete it.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Dehaze offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.

Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

9. Changes to the Services

We may add, change, or remove features, and may discontinue the Services. Where a change is material and adverse to paying subscribers, we will give reasonable notice.

10. Intellectual property

Dehaze — its name, logo, design, software, and written content — belongs to us or our licensors. If you believe something on the Services infringes your rights, contact hello@infinique.org and we will review it.

11. Third-party services

The Services depend on third parties including Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Mixpanel. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, emotional distress, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Dehaze and its team against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity — do survive.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will move the date at the top when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms and the privacy policy are the complete agreement between you and Dehaze regarding the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
